Lucid, a leading global programmatic platform for buying and selling sample and an Insights Association member, has announced two new hires in the EMEA region. Julie Tebeka (pictured) has been appointed as Business Development Director, Southern Europe, while Ren Kainth will join as the Business Development Director Audience, EMEA.

Lucid has invested heavily in global expansion, and the appointment of Tebeka and Kainth amplifies the company’s continued growth. In addition, with the European release of its Audience product set, Lucid’s advertising effectiveness solutions are extending beyond the US market.

Leading Lucid’s expansion into Spain, France, and Italy, Tebeka brings 12 years of experience in setting up and managing businesses in new regions. Prior to joining Lucid, she was Senior Account Director for UK and Germany at Nielsen. During her time with Nielsen, Tebeka drove revenue growth and negotiated new, strategic technology partnerships while building existing relationships in the UK and Germany.

Kainth will oversee the European release of Lucid Audience – a set of measurement tools that determine audience quality and campaign impact. With more than 10 years’ experience in digital advertising, Kainth has managed partnerships across brand marketers, leading media agency groups, trading desks, and publishers. Her areas of expertise include mobile, ad verification, and programmatic advertising. Having worked with Telemetry, Telaria, and Taboola, Kainth also brings a product, ad serving, verification, and branding perspective to video advertising.
