Directions Research, an Insights Association member, has announced that Brian Major has joined the firm as Vice President, Client Service. In this role, Major will leverage his digital media expertise to develop new business and create custom solutions for clients in Directions’ Restaurant and CPG practices. Major will report to Tim Laake, Chief Marketing Officer.

Major brings to his new role over 25 years of brand marketing, digital media, and client service experience in the restaurant and CPG industries, including his most recent role as Vice President of Brand Development for Catalina. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
Directions is a privately held firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio with regional offices around the country, conducting work on a global basis.
