CIRQ, an International Standards Organization (ISO) audit and certification body that is a subsidiary of the Insights Association, has announced that EurekaFacts has been recertified to the ISO 20252:2019 Standard—Market, opinion and social research, including insights and data analytics.
ISO 20252 was updated and streamlined in 2019 to be more relevant to current market research stakeholder needs and include new data practices, ethical requirements, and additional updated clauses on data management security that align with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ISO 20252:2019 establishes globally recognized terms, definitions, and service requirements for project management in research organizations. Processes outlined in ISO 20252:2019 are designed to produce transparent, consistent, well-documented and error-free methods of conducting and managing research projects.
Headquartered in Rockville, MD, EurekaFacts is a full-service market and social science research and analysis firm with strengths in policy research, survey methods, data collection, statistical analysis, public health, and communications research.
