Reach3 Insights announced the appointment of Bala Rajan as Senior Vice President. Based in Sydney, Australia, Rajan will help develop new, hybrid quantitative and qualitative methodologies that leverage conversational research technologies and techniques, while supporting the global execution of client projects.   

Rajan is Reach3’s first hire from the Asia-Pacific region. His two decades of experience includes working with companies based in Australia, South East Asia, Mainland China, India, Japan and the Middle East, among others.

Prior to Reach3, Rajan was Global Vice President of Research and Consulting at Vision Critical. In this leadership role, he worked with companies from a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, banking, finance, automotive, beverage, packaging and consumer goods.
