Can The Insights Association Help With H-1B Visa Applications/Petitions Relating to Market Research-Related Positions?

Short answer: No.

The Insights Association receives many inquiries relating to H-1B visa petitions. Such requests reflect apparent needs of applicants and their lawyers to demonstrate to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) that a visa candidate's work as [market research-related title] is essential to the operation of [Company X], that a candidate's education is required or appropriate for the position, and/or that the candidate's skill set is not readily available in the United States.

Our policy is to not get involved in immigration cases.

We suggest you check the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics to reference descriptions of market research positions and their related requisites (such as this and this) – keeping in mind that even its usefulness is limited and can only indicate a typical pathway. (Market research analysts may enter the field through a variety of avenues, e.g. starting with a smaller data collection company and working their way up to analyst.)
