Jillian is a detail-oriented researcher who’s passionate about doing research the right way, down to the most minor of details. She has managed several hundred research projects in her tenure with Touchstone and has built an impressive portfolio of quantitative methodology expertise, including: content testing, promo/marketing testing, concept testing, segmentation, trend research, and many more. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys hiking with her dog (Mac), photography, and cooking.
“We are very excited to announce these well-deserved promotions, commented Kyle Morrison, Senior Research Manager. “It has been a great pleasure to watch them both develop as researchers.
“Not only is Nicole extremely knowledgeable and capable as a researcher, but she is also a fantastic mentor and teacher,” Morrison added.
“Jillian’s eye for detail and knack for finding efficiencies and improvements in our processes will help TSR to continue to evolve and innovate in 2023 and beyond,” Morrison said.
