M/A/R/C® Research, a consulting firm providing insights and strategies, has recently added six research industry professionals to its team, enabling the company to offer additional expertise and experience in providing strategic focus to its clients.
Three people have joined as directors of M/A/R/C’s Insights and Strategies team. Michelle Sugent comes to M/A/R/C after serving 25+ years at Forward Research, Ipsos, and Kynetec, where she most recently served as a Research Manager.
Sarah Eaton’s background includes 35 years of both supplier-side and client-side experience from such companies as Market Diagnostics International, Brinker, and JCPenney. Sara Cerra joins M/A/R/C after 11 years at Dynata, where she most recently served in the capacity of Research Manager - Advanced Analytics.
Additionally, M/A/R/C has welcomed two new employees in client support positions.
Sherry Mohanty has come aboard as Client Support Manager, where she manages project workflow and helps strengthen our client relationships. She brings 12+ years of expertise from Toluna and Sermo. Matt Ruppe brings more than 25 years of experience in project management, most recently as client relationship manager at Dynata.
On the programming side, Tyler Konan has joined as Director of Development, bringing 8+ years of survey programming and development experience.
