CIRQ, an International Standards Organization (ISO) audit and certification body that is a subsidiary of the Insights Association, has announced that Reason Research has been recertified to the ISO 20252:2019 Standard—Market, opinion, and social research, including insights and data analytics.
Aligned with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO 20252 establishes globally recognized terms, definitions, and service requirements for project management in research organizations. Processes outlined in ISO 20252 are designed to produce transparent, consistent, well-documented, and error-free methods of conducting and managing research projects.
Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Reason Research provides full-service market research services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. Their expertise spans custom quantitative and qualitative methodologies, in the U.S. and globally, with physicians and other healthcare providers as well as patients and consumers. This certification covers domestic survey research and survey operations practices managed from its headquarters.

Reason Research’s certification covers sampling, fieldwork, self-completion, and data management and processing to be attested to in accordance with Annexes A, B, E, and F of ISO 20252:2019.
