Touchstone Research has announced that Elecia Allen has joined the firm as a Senior Research Director on its qualitative team.
Elecia will work closely with TSR’s youth and family, media entertainment, and technology clients to help execute a wide range of innovative qualitative research studies.
Prior to joining Touchstone, Elecia worked for activewear brand, Fabletics, as a Senior Research Analyst on the Customer Insights team. During her time there she executed a variety of research projects showcasing her experience across multiple methodologies; including focus groups, user interviews, ux testing, diary studies, ethnographies, field studies, concept testing, and surveys. Along with this she also developed Fabletics’ internal consumer panel. Former to that, Elecia was at MM.LaFleur as a Sr. Customer Experience Analyst. Elecia holds a BS in Marketing & International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Elecia is an avid traveler and has visited 19 countries and counting. When she’s not busy digging into research, she loves road tripping to national parks and hiking with her dog, Cleo. Oh, and did we mention? - she also writes and directs short films in her spare time.
