Following its recent election, the West Chapter of the Insights Association is pleased to welcome three new members to its Board of Directors: Amanda Keller-Grill, SVP, Global Innovation & Product Strategy at InnovateMR as President-Elect; Marisa Lucchesi, Insights Director of Consumer and Retail Brands at Escalent as Director of Diversity and Inclusion; Ashley (Olson) Le Blanc, EVP at Little Bird Marketing as Director of Communications.

President-Elect: Amanda Keller-Grill, SVP, Global Innovation & Product Strategy at InnovateMR

As an industry veteran of over 12 years, Amanda specializes in res-tech product innovation, programmatic solutions, executive leadership, client delivery, sample design, platforms, and automation.  Amanda has extensive leadership experience across diverse roles, affording her a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, and the rising demand for the evolution of the research experience.

As SVP of Global Innovation and Product Strategy at InnovateMR, Amanda has a passion for building scalable products and technology-enabled solutions.  Amanda brings expertise in data-driven product development with concentration on efficiency and innovation.

In addition to her leadership roles at InnovateMR, Amanda also shares her knowledge with the wider industry as a Women in Research Mentor, WIRexec member, and as a featured author and presenter across diverse webinars, newsletters, vlogs, and industry conferences.

Director of Inclusion: Marisa Lucchesi, Insights Director of Consumer and Retail Brands at Escalent

A seasoned market researcher, Marisa has spent over 7 years using data to tell impactful stories. She is considered a trusted advisor, a young business leader, and a quantitative consumer insights brain.

Proud of her mixed cultural heritage, Marisa has supported DEI initiatives throughout her career. She is passionate about bringing professionals from diverse backgrounds into the insights industry and designing research with diversity in mind. Emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and integrity are the foundation of her values as a professional.You can find her in San Diego, in true California fashion, eating a burrito from her local coworking spot.

Director of Communications: Ashley (Olson) Le Blanc, EVP at Little Bird Marketing

With more than 8 years of experience in marketing, Ashley is more than a comma wrangler - she develops business-changing stories that drive growth at scale. Her focus on strategic projects benefits from her expertise in social media and content marketing organization and execution.

She leads multiple teams to pull digital transformation across organizations creating exceptionally accountable lead generation systems for busy leaders. Together, they create marketing plans that meet the short-term and long-term revenue goals with great creative and sharp copy.
