KS&R, a leading global strategic consultancy and marketing research firm, announced the appointments of Jen Longo, Brian St. Onge, and Lindsay Campbell to Directors.

In this new capacity, Jen, Brian, and Lindsay will deepen their expertise in specific industry domains while developing/managing relationships and ensuring results convert to client action.
Jen Longo brings a wealth of experience supporting Telecommunications and Entertainment clients for more than 15 years at KS&R, leading research in the broadband, mobility, and video service categories. Jen has a passion for using data to pursue greater success for her clients. As a leader of the Entercom & Recreation Team, Jen has expertise in designing, conducting, and analyzing various forms of qualitative and quantitative research – including tracking consumer behaviors and brand health, message testing, concept testing, segmentation, and service packaging and pricing. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, running, and practicing yoga.
With over 15 years of experience in marketing research and customer-centered design, Brian St. Onge leads the tumble experience lab at KS&R. Certified by IDEO and Cornell in design thinking, Brian prides himself on picking the right tools for the job based on the customer’s needs, culture, and processes – and in many cases combining them to best serve the specific project and goals. He is passionate about representing user needs while being able to connect these insights to design actions by concepting user-centered solutions across brand, digital, product, service, and systemic platforms. Outside of work, you can find Brian spending time with his 3 daughters, coaching various teams, and reading.
Specializing in retail and e-commerce, Lindsay Campbell brings a breadth of expertise to clients in the industry to better understand the ever-evolving retail landscape and improve the consumer shopping experience. For the past 14 years, Lindsay has helped global clients accomplish their business objectives through various approaches, including voice of the customer, brand health tracking, path to purchase, journey mapping, and segmentation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places - preferably somewhere warm and beachy - and spending time with her husband and two kids.
