S2 Marketing, a Las Vegas-based research and consulting firm, has been honored with two awards at the 2022 Las Vegas Valley Pinnacle Awards that took place on Tuesday, November 15. This event was held by PRSA, a respected national trade association for professionals in the public relations industry.
S2 Marketing won the following awards:
● The 2022 Writing and Speeches award for the owner, Matt Seltzer’s book.
● The 2022 Research and Data Analysis award for a research project spearheaded by Eric Gonzalez, a market analyst on the team.
Seltzer published his first book, The Creative Catalyst: How to Create Better Marketing by Asking (And Answering) Better Marketing Questions, in 2021. It discusses a critical part of achieving results in marketing, basing actions on real audience insights. Seltzer also walks the reader through several powerful examples of marketing campaigns that illustrate how critical this knowledge can be.
The study that took home the prize for Research and Data Analysis is one based on 10 in-depth interviews with modern marketers around the globe. The study discusses key findings such as attitudes about the profession, how these experts define marketing, and the career path that led them to their current positions.
