InnovateMR has expanded its senior supply team with the addition of Gaurav Sharma as Vice President of Global Sample and Mark Rasmussen as Senior Director of Global Supply.
Sharma has spent nearly 15 years in the market research industry taking on various roles and positions including Client Services, Supply, Field Management, and DIY. He has been instrumental in driving efficiencies for these businesses, building performance-driven teams, driving client delight & reengineering processes for optimization.
“Gaurav has a wealth of knowledge unlike any other in the insights industry with high-level experience leading successful teams through a changing industry,” Sandy Casey, SVP of Global Supply, said. “We are thrilled to welcome him to InnovateMR and see where his expertise will lead us.”
In his last role, he led supply departments to effectively manage capacity changes, looking at finding the optimal sampling practices to fulfill delivery needs while ensuring a superior respondent experience. He also led a client services team and was the team leader for client services in India. Sharma has worked for GE Healthcare, CriticalMix (now part of Dynata), and Toluna.

Ramussen has spent 8+ in the market research industry specializing in supply technology. Starting at MarketCube (now Schlesinger Group) under the guidance of Alex Leger, he has expanded on the product capabilities of international supply networks, enhancing both participant experience and research results. He also has extensive experience in leading teams in technology development and documentation.
“Mark is a powerhouse in the supply technology space and will help InnovateMR elevate our participant engagement, data quality methods, best practices, and product integrations,” Casey said.
Rasmussen has long been a supporter of agile methodology and embracing what is next for the insights industry. He combines a data-driven approach with creative problem-solving techniques to support solution-driven and client-obsessed growth.
