Online sample provider Full Circle Research announced that Alexandrine de Montera has joined the leadership team as Chief Product Officer, bringing with her 25+ years of experience and the expertise necessary to enhance the organization’s award-winning product performance, panel builds, hygiene and strategic relationships. Alexandrine will work collaboratively across company disciplines to increase efficiencies, further strengthen data quality initiatives and guide Full Circle’s global expansion.
For almost a decade, Alexandrine has focused on strategic growth and data integrity, successfully serving in executive positions at Ipsos Interactive Services, the company’s online research division. She started as Vice President, Global Procurement; was named Senior Vice President – Global Head of Engagement and Procurement; and, finally, Senior Vice President – Global Head of Panels, where she most recently led a team of 50+ multinational acquisition and engagement professionals tasked with improving overall panelist recruitment and retention effectiveness for Ipsos’ proprietary panels in North America and Europe. She was also responsible for determining key goals and ensuring implementation plans to secure the allocation of human, material, system and financial resources for her areas of accountability.
“We are very excited to bring Alexandrine on board,” said Adam Weinstein, Co-CEO. “Our recent financial and personnel growth, as well as increased client demand, revealed the need for a research professional with her honed skill sets. It’s evident that Alexandrine’s success at larger organizations will prove invaluable in leading our upward trajectory, and her commitment to quality data makes her a perfect brand ambassador.”
“We’re poised to be the only US-based sample provider with international panels certified to ISO 20252,” said Nate Lynch, Co-CEO. “We sought a C-level expert who can accurately audit where we are, then define and lead implementation efforts to get us to the next level. Add in Alexandrine’s established global industry presence, and there’s no question she’s the right person for the job.”
Alexandrine opens Full Circle’s first office in Paris, France, and its second office in New York, expanding the company’s current footprint in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Texas, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, as well as headquarters in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area.
“Full Circle continually proves itself vanguards in quality, technology, service, advocacy and employee well-being,” said Alexandrine. “I could not be more thrilled to become an impactful part of such a dynamic team, and look forward to ushering in the organization’s next chapter.”
