Not sure how to login?
Member: Login with your email address and password. If you do not know your password, click on “Forgot Password” to reset your Password. If this is your first time visiting, please use your business e-mail address to create your IA Member Website Account & Log into Your Dashboard. Once logged in, please click on the Profile tab to confirm your contact information is correct, input your demographic data, and select your communication preferences.
Nonmembers: Non-Members may register for an account to register for an event or purchase a product at the Non-Member rates.
*NOTE: When you create an account, you will not have immediate access to member benefits such as event/webinar registration. There is a review/approval process, which takes place during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm) and could take up to one business day.
Receiving the following messages?
"Email does not exits - create an account" or "An account already exists with this email. Click here to reset your password."
We are working deligently regarding this error. In the meantime here are few steps to take to log in to your account.
1. Go to your web browser preferences
2. Choose autofill and/or saved usernames/passwords
3. delete all saved autofill options for the Insights Association website
4. Login to the Insights Association website with email address and password.
Once you are logged in successfully you can now reset your autofill with the correct information for future use.
