Need Help Logging In?
For Members:
Log in using your business email address and password.
- Don’t remember your password? Click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
- Verify your contact information
- Enter your demographic details
- Set your communication preferences
IMPORTANT: If this is your initial login attempt on the IA’s member portal and website, please click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button. Your previous password will not grant access to the new platform. It's essential to reset your password to gain entry to the updated website. After clicking the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button and providing your business email address, you will promptly receive an email containing instructions on how to set up your new password.
For Non-Members:
Non-members can utilize the "REGISTER" to create an account, enabling them to sign up for events and purchase products at the non-member rate.
IMPORTANT: Note that registering for a user account does not equate you as an IA member. Please visit the Become a member’s page to become a member of the IA. When you create an account, you will not have immediate access to member benefits such as event/webinar registration. There is a review/approval process, which takes place during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm) and could take up to one business day.
Having Login Issues?
If you receive messages like:
- “Email does not exist – create an account”
- “An account already exists with this email. Click here to reset your password.”
Try clearing your browser’s autofill settings:
- Open your browser settings/preferences
- Navigate to Autofill or Saved Passwords/Usernames
- Delete saved entries for the Insights Association website
- Return to the IA Login Page and log in manually
Once successfully logged in, you can save the correct credentials for future use.
