With more than 25 years of experience, I love the "never-know-what's coming next" insights that come from building a dialogue with consumers. Marketing just gets better from this conversation. As a freelance marketing consultant, I work with organizations providing my media relations, market research and strategic communications expertise to enhance that dialogue whether using traditional means or endeavoring in the Wild Wild West of the mobile, online and social media world. With an enthusiasm for ideas, I work well in aiding organizations in generating solutions for various organizational issues from new product generation and launches, communications tests to internal concerns and organization change. My job is to communicate this change and to test and then, learn from the reactions. I work with a variety of audiences, including kids and teens, Gen X/Gen Y moms and dads, as well as a number of other groups including home builders, buyers looking at home appliances, grandmas visiting art museums and middle-age women navigating the world of incontinence! My experience ranges from high-tech and consumer goods to healthcare and pharmaceutical, as well as financial services and business-to-business issues.
