Kurt Pflughoeft leads the Advanced Analytics Division for MaritzCX where he conducts basic R & D as well as supporting customer experience programs. Before joining MaritzCX, he was the Vice President of Marketing Sciences at Market Probe and he was a professor at both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) and the University of Texas at El Paso.
At MaritzCX, Dr. Pflughoeft provides cross-sector statistical and IT support for customer experience initiatives including Predictive Analytics and Text Mining. He is responsible for new product development especially in the area of Voice of the Customer Integration, Consumer-Generated Media, and Text Analytics.
Dr. Pflughoeft has more than 20 years of experience in market research, statistics and information technology and he is a frequent presenter at the Sawtooth Software Conference, the AMA A/R/T Forum and the PolyAnalyst User Conference. Kurt has a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.S. in Management Information Systems and a Ph.D. in Management Science with a minor in Computer Science; all degrees are from UW-Milwaukee.
