Full service market research firm Mozaic Group has promoted Kathryn Winland to Senior Vice President and appointed Barbara Carpenter as Research Director.
Previously Vice President at Mozaic, Kathryn will continue to provide strategic leadership and study design while cultivating strong client relationships. Bringing over 15 years of experience to her role, Winland is a seasoned moderator and expert qualitative and quantitative researcher with a holistic understanding of research (from design to implications). Prior to joining Mozaic Group in 2008, Winland was a senior analyst at Doxus/Market Strategies International, working with technology clients, and the lead project manager at boutique MR firm StandPoint, working on both qualitative and quantitative projects.
Carpenter brings 20 years of B2B and B2C market research, spanning both qualitative and quantitative methods, with a focus on designing and leading large scale, multi-country segmentation, market sizing, innovation testing and brand positioning/messaging research studies. Before Mozaic Group, Carpenter held senior research roles at Kimberly-Clark (Kotex brand), and boutique research consultancy DRG, working with clients in technology, manufacturing and healthcare industries. In her new position, Carpenter will provide strategic research leadership of domestic and international studies.
